"Last summer was our first CSA at Orange Circle Farm. We were blown away by how fresh and beautiful the produce is every week. We discovered lots of new veggies and recipes, and looked forward to finding out what was going to be in the basket every Tuesday. There is such a huge difference in taste between supermarket produce and what you get at Orange Circle. We couldn't wait to sign up again. During dark cold winter days, I get serious cravings those yummy snap peas! Clearly they are very dedicated, because I'm sure it isn't easy to grow veggies this amazing. "All of the produce I received last year was excellent, so fresh and delicious. But I must especially call out the best tasting eggplant I’ve ever had in my life from last year’s share. I prepared it so simply, just prepped it and fried slices in olive oil to serve with a pasta and it’s one of the top 3 meals I’ve ever made myself." -Cristina
